Manual Shopify Integration (How It Works)

Manual integration means our team helps fulfill orders directly from your Shopify admin — so you can sell under your own brand while we handle production and shipping.

1) Add us as Staff

You add your Dedicated Account Manager as a staff user in your Shopify store (limited access, fulfillment-only).

2) Set Emorald as Warehouse / Ship-From

We use our office as the fulfillment/ship-from location so you don’t need to store inventory or pack orders yourself.

3) Order Comes In → We Fulfill

Once an order is placed, we handle printing, quality check, packing, and booking shipment end-to-end.

4) Payment Flow

For prepaid orders, production costs are settled before processing. For COD via Emorald, we can proceed under the COD workflow (subject to approval/setup).

Heads-up: If your Shopify delivery promises are very tight (same-day / next-day), please tell us before launching ads so we can align production + courier timelines and avoid late-ship issues.

Shipping & Production

Shipping: ₱99 per order nationwide (any quantity).

Production Model: Print-on-demand (we produce after customer orders).

Estimated Delivery: 5–9 days Luzon / 7–12 days VisMin.

Design Ownership & Copyright

You keep full ownership of your designs. You must only upload artwork you own or have commercial rights to.

Print Results & File Quality

Print output depends on file quality and sizing. For best results, use high-resolution PNG or editable files (AI/PSD).

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it once proof is provided (photo/video).

RTS & Failed Deliveries

RTS may happen due to unreachable customers, wrong addresses, or refused COD. Confirm details before fulfillment.

Exchanges / Change Size

Size changes may be accepted depending on the case. Customer typically shoulders return shipping.

Operational Limits

Initial upload limits may apply for new partners to ensure smooth operations. Limits can increase as you scale.

Tip: If you’re selling on Facebook, confirm (1) correct address, (2) active contact number, and (3) COD acceptance before requesting fulfillment — this reduces RTS and improves delivery success.
