Launch or grow your own apparel brand while Emorald Printing Services handles approved print-on-demand production, packing, fulfillment support, order monitoring, and eligible nationwide COD orders.

A fulfillment setup designed for entrepreneurs, creators, small brands, businesses, and organizations.
Support for onboarding, order coordination, fulfillment monitoring, and seller-partner concerns.
Shopify or another approved online store may be connected when applicable and approved by Emorald.
Offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders processed through Emorald-supported channels.
Monitor orders through a shared Google Sheet or similar dashboard, normally updated every 1–3 business days.
Collection page or product listing support within Emorald's website, subject to approval and platform capacity.
Approved products are produced after a confirmed customer order or approved order request, subject to stock and production capacity.
🧾 Admin & Maintenance Fee
Paid at the start of the selected contract period. No additional admin charge or monthly deposit applies unless separately agreed in writing.

Charged per print location with no color limit. The dimensions below show the maximum print area for each size. Your entire design must fit inside the selected print area.

📦 How Fulfillment Works
For approved integrations, you may authorize Emorald to access only the order and fulfillment areas needed to process orders.
Products are made on demand after an order is confirmed or an approved order request is submitted.
We handle approved production, quality checking, packing, and shipment booking, subject to stock, artwork quality, volume, and operational capacity.
Orders can be monitored through the shared dashboard for coordination and status checking.
💰 Payouts & Profit
Seller Partner profits are sent every end of the month, with an allowance of 1–3 business days during high-volume payout processing.
Profit calculation cut-off is every 24th day of the month unless Emorald announces a different cut-off in writing.
Profit becomes payable once the relevant customer or courier payment has been received. Pending, failed, returned, or uncollected payments may be excluded until collection is confirmed.
↩️ Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
RTS is measured using order value: product cost plus applicable print cost. No RTS deduction is made while monthly RTS value stays within 7% of total monthly order value. If it exceeds 7%, only the amount above the 7% allowance is deducted from Seller Partner profits.
Customers may request a size exchange. The customer shoulders shipping back to Emorald, and approved change-size requests count toward the RTS rate.
Emorald will replace approved damaged or incorrect items once reasonable proof is provided. Approved replacements do not reduce Seller Partner profits.

🎨 Product & Artwork Guidelines
New Seller Partners may have up to 25 active products across approved product types.
You retain ownership of submitted graphic designs, subject to third-party rights or restrictions.
Submitted designs must be original, licensed, non-infringing, or otherwise safe for commercial use.
Emorald may request revised files if artwork quality is insufficient. Low-resolution, delayed, or incomplete files may affect production timelines.
📌 Important Program Conditions
The Seller Partner remains responsible for store policies, customer communication, product claims, advertising, pricing, and platform compliance.
Product rates, print rates, shipping fees, turnaround times, and operational procedures may be updated with prior notice when required by supplier, material, courier, or internal process changes.
Emorald uses commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill orders properly and on time but does not guarantee uninterrupted production, immediate stock availability, or courier performance.
The program may be renewed upon payment and confirmation by both parties. Either party may terminate with written notice, while outstanding orders, fees, payouts, and customer issues remain subject to settlement.
